Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Schedule and coordinate therapy sessions and appointments
Handle client inquiries, registrations, and feedback professionally
Maintain accurate client records and manage data securely
Ensure a positive and satisfactory client experience at the clinic
Assist in managing clinic workshops, events, and online programs
Coordinate with therapists and internal teams for smooth daily operations

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Less than 1 year

Other Specification

BHCM graduate or currently pursuing (preferred),
Bachelor’s studies running or completed (any discipline)
Minimum 1 year in customer service, clinic or hospital exposure preferred, freshers can also apply

Additional Info:

Probation period: 3 months (paid)
