Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for students, visitors, and staff at Nesfield International College. The role involves managing front desk operations, assisting with inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth functioning and a welcoming environment for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist students, visitors, faculty, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries efficiently.
Manage the front desk area to ensure it is organized, presentable, and equipped with necessary materials.
Maintain accurate records of student visits, appointments, and administrative documentation.
Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to provide timely information.
Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Assist in scheduling meetings, events, and appointments as required.
Monitor and manage office supplies and resources at the front desk.
Ensure compliance with college policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.
