Front Desk Manager

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to fill the position of Front Desk Manager at Physio Studio. This position requires a professional who has a passion for providing exceptional customer service and managing day-to-day operations at the front office. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage the appointment schedule for our doctors, ensuring optimal use of time and resources
• Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their concerns and inquiries efficiently
• Maintain a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere at the front desk
• Use excellent communication skills to interact with patients, staff, and other stakeholders effectively
• Handle Social Media campaigns on social media to promote our physiotherapy services
