Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a Front Desk Officer who will be the face of Vibe Education in Nepal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming visitors, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between students, agents, and the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet students, parents, and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries (WhatsApp, Messenger, CRM).
Provide accurate information about Vibe’s courses and study in Dubai opportunities.
Manage appointments, counseling schedules, and office meetings.
Maintain visitor logs, student records, and CRM updates.
Support the admissions and counseling team with administrative tasks.
Ensure the reception area is presentable and welcoming at all times.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or +2 with strong communication skills.
Freshers are encouraged to apply; experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Excellent command of English and Nepali (spoken and written).
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or office tools.
Friendly, patient, and professional personality.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
