Job Description

We are seeking a motivated candidate to join our team as a Front Desk Officer at Brihat Group. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls appropriately and manage email outgoing and incoming
  • Maintain a Disciplain, tidy and organized front desk area
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room
  • Provide general administrative support to team members
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
