Job Description

  • Greet visitors warmly, answer their queries, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Handle and distribute incoming mail and packages; oversee outgoing correspondence.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
  • Keep track of visitor logs and issue visitor badges when required.
  • Provide basic administrative and clerical support, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Coordinate with office staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and assist in preparing rooms for meetings.
  • Support HR/Admin with tasks such as attendance tracking or maintaining office supplies.
