Job Description

We are looking for a well-presented, courteous, and organized Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Maintain the front desk area and ensure it is tidy and presentable
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, letters)
  • Manage visitor logs and issue visitor badges as needed
  • Provide basic information to clients and guests regarding company services
  • Coordinate with internal departments and support administrative tasks
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Maintain office supplies and assist in administrative procurement
  • Support HR/Admin team with clerical tasks as required
