Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated candidate for the position of Front Desk Officer. The ideal candidate must have a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with ease.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate parties
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
  • Manage and record all incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining office supplies
  • Provide information and assistance to clients and visitors
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth office operations
  • Ensure compliance with security procedures and protocols
  • Maintain office equipment and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the management
