Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are currently seeking a highly motivated candidate for the position of Front Desk Officer. The ideal candidate must have a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with ease.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate parties
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
Manage and record all incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining office supplies
Provide information and assistance to clients and visitors
Coordinate with other departments for smooth office operations
Ensure compliance with security procedures and protocols
Maintain office equipment and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
Perform other related duties as assigned by the management

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
up to 1 year of experience in a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with Hydropower / Alternative Energy industry is a plus
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
