Job Description

The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for managing the front office, customer handling, supporting administrative and sales tasks, and contributing to marketing and campaign efforts. This role requires a proactive, well-organized, and customer-focused individual with strong communication and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy
  • Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate departments
  • Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and front desk organization
  • Support the sales and marketing teams with administrative and campaign coordination
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing market/industry data as needed
  • Prepare and maintain presentations, reports, and other documents using MS Office tools
  • Promote the company’s offerings through social media and digital platforms
  • Help coordinate internal events, meetings, and customer engagement activities
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and reflects the company’s brand image
  • Take initiative in suggesting ideas for improving customer interaction and service efficiency

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar front desk or customer service role
  • Strong verbal and written communication in both English and Nepali
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and social media tools
  • Commercially aware with the ability to support marketing efforts and customer engagement
  • Proactive, organized, and confident in handling multiple responsibilities
  • Creative mindset with initiative to suggest and support sales campaigns
  • Ability to work independently and in a team under a demanding workload
  • Must own a personal vehicle and be willing to travel occasionally if required
