Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dynamic and professional Front Desk Officer to join our company. The ideal candidate will assist the HR & Admin department while ensuring a welcoming and efficient reception area. This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a friendly personality.

Responsibilities:

Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
Direct visitors to the appropriate departments or staff members.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls to the relevant personnel.
Provide support to management and other staff as required.
Respond to inquiries or requests for information via phone, email, or in person.
Maintain a welcoming and clean reception area.
Other jobs as assigned to you on a time-to-time basis.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's in any stream
2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a corporate office
Excellent and pleasing Personality
Proficiency in written & spoken English, Nepali, and MS Office
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy office environment
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
