Job Description

Answer the telephone & direct calls and take & reply to Messages
Provider information to the caller
Greet the person entering the organization
Deal with queries from the public & customers
Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of the organization
Prepare letters & documents and manage correspondence, reports and documents
Implement and maintain the office system
Handle incoming mail and other materials
Operate office equipment
Manage office space
Petty cash handling, banking/tax work as required
Assisting in tender document preparation
Assisting in account system/record keeping, inventories records, internal sales, internet searching
Maintaining the attendance register of other staff in the office
Maintaining log books
Other works as per the requirement within the rules and regulations of the organization

The candidate must have a valid license with 2-wheeler.
