Job Description

  • Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Address and resolve customer concerns or direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Perform general administrative task including manage office and staff.
  • Manage and maintain appointment schedules for counseling sessions, meetings, and events.
  • Assist in the coordination of workshops, seminars, and other educational events.
  • Assist students in the enrollment process, providing information on programs, admissions requirements, and deadlines.
  • Maintain student records and ensure accuracy of information.
  • Collaborate with academic advisors and other departments to address student needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Manage office supplies and place orders as needed.
  • Assist in the coordination of office equipment maintenance and repairs.
  • Utilize computer systems and software for tasks such as email communication, data entry, and appointment scheduling.
