Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for parents, students, and visitors entering the school premises.
  • Greet and assist visitors, answer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, transfer calls between departments efficiently.
  • Maintain a neat and professional front desk area, ensuring all school information and materials are organized and readily available.
  • Update records and databases with relevant student information and maintain accurate filing systems.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, as well as school correspondence.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Coordinate with various departments and faculty members to schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as typing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Uphold school policies and procedures while providing excellent customer service to all individuals.
