Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage inquiries from students and parents.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for students, staff, and visitors.
  • Maintain accurate records of visitors, students, and any related administrative documentation.
  • Provide general information about the school’s programs, policies, and services.
  • Ensure the front desk area is kept clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Coordinate with teachers, staff, and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
