Job Description

Best Consultancy is seeking a highly motivated and professional Front Desk Officer to join our team. As the first point of contact for our organization, the Front Desk Officer plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Receive and sort incoming mail and packages
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
  • Assist with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
  • Handle and resolve client inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Keep track of employee attendance and report any absences to the HR department
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office management software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
