Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking for a motivated candidate to join our team as a Front Desk Officer and Documentation Officer. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing the documentation process for our clients in the Immigration & Education Consultancy industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication in a prompt and courteous manner
Efficiently manage the scheduling of appointments with our clients and staff
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area
Process paperwork and documents accurately and according to company standards
Prepare and maintain client files and records
Compile and update company databases and spreadsheets
Track and follow up on pending documents and ensure timely submission of all required paperwork
Drafting and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve the documentation process and maintain consistency.
Assisting clients in filling out required forms such as Visa History Form and Visa Alignment Form.
Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, copying, and sorting mail

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and data entry.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
