      • Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
      • Assist with sales and promotional efforts to attract new clients and retain existing ones
      • Process payments and manage invoices accurately
      • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and cross-functional support
