Job Description

  • Keep front desk presentable with all necessary materials.
  • Greet and welcome international and national clients.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies, expenses, and costs.
  • Type documents, reports and correspondence.
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence.
  • Check, sort and forward emails.
  • Keep updated records and files.
  • Handling of booking schedule.
  • Bookkeeping in accounting software.
  • Integrating and coordinating all the staff.
