Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Keep front desk presentable with all necessary materials.
Greet and welcome international and national clients.
Monitor and maintain office supplies, expenses, and costs.
Type documents, reports and correspondence.
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence.
Check, sort and forward emails.
Keep updated records and files.
Handling of booking schedule.
Bookkeeping in accounting software.
Integrating and coordinating all the staff.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Intermediate or Bachelor in management, additional qualifications will be a plus point.
More than or equals to 1 year.
Proven experience as front desk representative or relevant position.
Familiarity with office machines.
Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
Proficient in English (oral and written).
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities/Problem-solving skills/Customer service orientation.
Flexibility in working hour.
