Working Hours: 6 AM - 3 PM or 9 AM- 6 PM


Job Description

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, and manage the front desk email account.
  • Provide accurate information about the consultancy services and programs.
  • Schedule and manage appointments for clients and staff.
  • Handle inquiries and provide assistance to clients and visitors.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings and events.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Ensure the front desk is well-stocked with necessary supplies.
