Nepal Education Consultancy (NEC) is an international education marketing and recruitment company located in Kathmandu. We offer counseling and visa services for students looking to study in countries such as Australia, USA, UK, and more. NEC is a PIER-certified team of "Qualified Education Agent Counselor (QEAC)" and is authorized representative for many international education providers.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Officer. The Front Desk Officer will be responsible for managing incoming calls, visitors, and inquiries with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Manage phone calls and visitors, directing them appropriately and maintaining detailed logs for reference.
Disseminate relevant information, guiding visitors to relevant departments for assistance.
Coordinate appointments for external parties with management or team leads.
Maintain accurate records of visitors and inquiries.
Supervise and guide supporting staff, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk and upholding discipline for a professional atmosphere.
Respond promptly to inquiries and issues from students, and staff, demonstrating problem-solving skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational institution.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software applications.
