About the job

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome clients, providing a warm and friendly first impression.
Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
Provide accurate information about our services, programs, and application procedures.
Assist in maintaining students' records and updating databases.
Handle inquiries and provide solutions or direct them to the appropriate consultant.
Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document preparation.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office management or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of office equipment.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
A positive attitude and a professional appearance.
Fluency in Nepali and English.
Knowledge of the education consultancy industry is desirable.
