Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients, providing a warm and friendly first impression.
• Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
• Provide accurate information about our services, programs, and application procedures.
• Assist in maintaining students' records and updating databases.
• Handle inquiries and provide solutions or direct them to the appropriate consultant.
• Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document preparation.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office management or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of office equipment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A positive attitude and a professional appearance.
• Fluency in Nepali and English.
• Knowledge of the education consultancy industry is desirable.
