Job Description

Front Desk Management:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
  • Manage the reception area to ensure cleanliness and organization

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for team members
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory

Digital Marketing Assistance:

  • Support digital marketing initiatives under the guidance of the marketing team
  • Assist in social media management, including content scheduling and basic content creation
  • Monitoring and handling social media platforms of organization for brand mentions and engagement opportunities

Customer Interaction:

  • Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and provide basic product or service information
  • Handle customer feedback or issues with professionalism and escalate when necessary

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and information flow
  • Communicate effectively with marketing colleagues to execute digital marketing tasks

Data Management:

  • Maintain digital marketing databases, including customer records and campaign data
  • Assist in analyzing marketing metrics and preparing reports
