  • Attend and direct all phone calls with full responsibility
  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude
  • Arrange appointments, Notifies concern department of visitor arrival
  • Responds to customer inquiries  
  • Communicate information to employees and other when needed
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties 
  •  Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery
