Job Description

  • Handle all telephone call
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing emails of the office
  • Handle all the visitors
  • Assist the manager and academic counselor in day-to-day activities
  • Maintain a register of resource persons
  • Support in the day-to-day administration of the office
  • Coordinate procurement and services required for the office
  • Maintain daily reports and submit them to the management
  • Deal with all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone, or via e-mail
