- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Notify company personnel of visitor’s arrival.
- Direct and transfer calls to the concerned department.
- Check, sort and forward emails to respective recipients.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and received calls.
- Record inventory of supplies and restock as needed.
- Receive or dispatch cheque/invoice and handover to concerned department/parties respectively.
- Receive and dispatch couriers and maintain record/log sheet.
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
