• Responsible for handling all the incoming and outgoing calls
• Arrange the schedule of offline and online classes as per the suggestion of the program coordinator.
• Proficient in Nepali and English typing and able to handle MS Office (Word, Excel, Presentation) efficiently. 
• Basic knowledge of Email, the Internet, and application software.
• Responsible to attend the visitor and being able to explain the course content clearly.
• To work within office policies, guidelines, and procedures
• Able to write the report in English and present it to the expert team
• Other duties as assigned by higher authority

Time:Morning Shift ( 7:00 to 2:00 PM)
Female candidates are highly preferable
