Job Description

We are looking for a well-organized, courteous, and professional Front Desk In-Charge to manage our front office operations. This position plays a key role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring efficient day-to-day administrative support. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be highly presentable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage front desk staff, ensuring proper shift allocation and adherence to company policies.
  • Greet patients and visitors professionally, handle inquiries, and ensure efficient patient registration and billing.
  • Monitor appointment scheduling, patient flow, and waiting times to enhance service efficiency.
  • Oversee cash collection, invoicing, and reconciliation of daily transactions.
  • Coordinate with lab, radiology, and clinical teams to ensure timely reporting and service delivery.
  • Handle patient queries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Ensure accurate data entry, record keeping, and compliance with confidentiality standards.
  • Train and guide front desk staff in customer service, communication, and system operations.
  • Implement SOPs for front desk operations, maintaining quality service standards.
  • Monitor cleanliness, safety, and professional appearance of the reception area.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on front desk activities and patient feedback.
  • Support administrative and management teams in audits, documentation, and operational improvements.
