Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
Assisting clients in finding their way around the office
Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes and making travel plans
Preparing meeting and training rooms
Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary
Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks
Performing ad-hoc administrative duties
Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls
Sorting and distributing mail
Hiring, managing and developing the junior administrative team
Provide excellent customer service
Scheduling appointments

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum intermediate (+2) level completed
Should have positive attitude and belongs to extrovert, confident, smart and cheerful nature
Should be hard working and have knowledge of customer care and front desk management
Handling clients and customers visits, monitoring and guiding primary first hand inquiry
Should have fluency in speaking and writing English
