SRK Service Apartment and Hotel is seeking a Front Desk Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing the front desk operations efficiently. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong background in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival with a welcoming attitude.
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures in a professional and timely manner.
  • Handle guest inquiries, provide information about the property, and offer personalized service.
  • Process guest payments, manage billing, and issue receipts.
  • Ensure all guest information is accurately entered into the system.
  • Manage online booking portals (Booking.com, TripAdvisor, Expedia, Agoda, etc.), update availability, and resolve booking discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
  • Resolve guest complaints or concerns in a courteous and effective manner.
  • Ensure smooth communication between management, guests, and hotel staff.
