Job Description

  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately,
  • Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office,
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges),
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • The front desk executive shall be the primary point of contact for the organization and as such shall represent the organization to all of its stakeholders.

    Remuneration package to be decided by gauging the capacity of the individual with the organizational policy, providing additional target-based incentives, as well as ample opportunities for foreign travel and an opportunity to represent forerunners of the industry.
