Job Description

The Front Desk / Counselor will be the first point of contact for visitors, students, and parents. The role combines front office management with student counseling—providing information, guidance, and support related to public speaking and personality development courses.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide detailed information about training courses, schedules, and fees.
  • Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries professionally.
  • Conduct initial counseling to understand student goals and suggest suitable courses.
  • Maintain admission records, inquiries, and follow-up lists.
  • Coordinate between students, trainers, and management for smooth operation.
  • Maintain a neat, welcoming, and professional front office environment.
