Roles and responsibilities of this job

Nana Mountain Resort is looking for an experienced and guest-focused Front Desk Associate to lead the guest experience journey from arrival to departure. This is a senior front office role for someone who enjoys hospitality, problem-solving, guest interaction, and maintaining high operational standards in a resort environment.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and check in guests professionally and warmly.
Ensure a smooth and memorable guest experience throughout the stay.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, complaints, and feedback efficiently and courteously.
Manage reservations, room allocations, billing, and guest records.
Operate and maintain Front Office systems, including PMS software.
Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Service, Kitchen, and Maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
Assist in guest service and restaurant operations when required to support the overall guest experience.
Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively address issues before they escalate.
Maintain accurate reports, records, and administrative documentation.
Support management in implementing front office procedures and service standards.
Help train and guide junior front office team members when required.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Minimum 2 years of Front Office experience in a reputable hotel or resort.
Strong guest relations and customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills in English and Nepali.
Experience using hotel PMS software; knowledge of AEGIS PMS is highly preferred.
Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Team player with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
Willingness to support other operational departments when needed.
