  • At least 2 years of working experience in front desk (Better if worked as front desk receptionist in hotel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
  • Good Computer knowledge
  •  Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Good personality, Consistent, professional dress, and manners.

Job Description

  • Arranging meetings and appointments.
  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
  • Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Allocating task to all staffs and reporting to senior level
  • Typing, preparing and collating reports
  • Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
  • Helping out with various tasks as required.
  • Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
  • Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
