Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Monitor and keep status records of file
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence
Check, sort and forward emails and reminders
Come office on time
Take up other duties as assigned
