Job Description

  • Responsible for answering and routing calls and keeping telephone records.  
  • Greeting visitors/ vendors/clients and handling inquiries.   
  • Update the inventory list and manage the inventory of the office.
  • Calculation of monthly leave of all the employee and update monthly leave record.   
  • Reporting to management and performing administrative duties.    
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handling basic inquiries and sorting mail.
  • Copying, scanning, and filing documents
  • Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
  • Keeping the reception area tidy and observing professional etiquette.
  • Visit Bank as per necessary
  • Performing other administrative tasks, if required.
