  • The Front Desk Assistant will be responsible for responding to all incoming and outgoing calls, smooth flow of correspondence within the office and attending visitors
  • S/he will be responsible for managing, digitizing filing system and maintain central files
  • S/he will be making necessary arrangements for meetings and office events and also update contact list of donors, vendors, etc. for TAF/NP office
