Nova Tara Hotel, a leading boutique hotel located in the heart of Thamel, Kathmandu, is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
  • Handle reservations via phone, email, and walk-ins
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Manage billing, payment processing, and maintain guest records
  • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Ensure guest identity verification and follow hotel security protocols
