  • Schedule and confirm appointments for clients or visitors.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, such as sorting and distributing mail, managing courier services, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assist in data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks as needed.
  • Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring the security and safety of the facility.
  • Issue visitor badges and maintain visitor logs.
  • Communicate effectively with internal staff and external visitors.
  • Relay important messages to relevant personnel in a timely manner.
