We are seeking experienced and strategic Franchise Development and Operation Manager to join our growing team at our Corporate Office in Tangal. The ideal candidates will be responsible for expanding our franchise network and ensuring smooth operations across all franchise locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Franchise Expansion & Business Development:
- Identify potential regions and cities for franchise network expansion based on market potential and healthcare needs.
- Scout and evaluate qualified individuals, companies, or institutions as prospective franchise partners.
- Conduct feasibility assessments including competitive analysis, demographics, logistics, and regulatory feasibility.
- Present the National Path Lab franchise model to prospects and lead negotiations up to final onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with local healthcare stakeholders, doctors, clinics, and business groups to promote franchise interest.
Franchise Onboarding & Setup:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to assist new franchise partners in lab setup, infrastructure, licensing, branding, and training.
- Ensure smooth handholding from agreement signing to operational go-live.
Franchise Lab Operations:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of all franchise labs ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Support franchise labs in day-to-day operations including sample logistics, technical workflow, TAT monitoring, and customer service.
- Monitor franchise performance through regular visits, performance dashboards, and reporting systems.
- Provide ongoing support in resolving operational issues, ensuring service quality, and maintaining high client satisfaction.
- Ensure timely onboarding and training of franchise staff on lab policies, SOPs, and LIS (Laboratory Information System).
Quality, Compliance & SOP Implementation:
- Ensure franchise labs comply with ISO 15189:2022 standards, National Path Lab SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and coordinate with the quality team to address non-conformities.
- Promote continuous improvement culture within the franchise network.
Reporting & MIS:
- Maintain accurate records of franchise leads, conversion pipeline, and existing franchise lab performance.
- Prepare monthly business development reports and operational status updates for management review.
