Key Responsibilities

As a Founder Office RnD Intern, you will be instrumental in supporting the founders across various aspects of business operations, strategy, and decision-making. Your responsibilities include:

Strategic Support: Collaborate with founders to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
Project Management: Take the lead on managing specific projects or initiatives on behalf of the founders.
Communication: Facilitate effective communication between founders, team members, and external stakeholders.
Research: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties to ensure founders can focus on high-priority activities.
Networking: Build and maintain relationships on behalf of the founders, including networking with potential investors, partners, or clients.
Problem Solving: Collaborate with founders to address challenges and find effective solutions.
Risk Management and Compliance: Assess and manage risks associated with various projects, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies are in place. Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and industry compliance within the cloud telephony landscape.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who:
Have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field.
Must have a good knowledge of Full-Stack Development.
Is super organized and passionate about taking ownership.
Thrives on a varied workload, excelling in a broad, generalist role.
Possesses strong technical and analytical skills.
Has excellent people and communication skills.
Has demonstrated high achievement in work and non-work situations.

Technical Competencies

Sound knowledge of Programming language
Familiarity with research methodologies and data-gathering techniques
Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
