Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Forensic Accountant to investigate financial discrepancies, analyze complex transactional data, and ensure corporate integrity. In this role, you will lead internal financial audits, conduct fraud risk assessments, and reconstruct financial records to safeguard company assets and ensure full compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct forensic investigations into suspected financial irregularities, fraud, embezzlement, or non-compliance.
Reconstruct incomplete, altered, or complex financial records and transactional histories.
Analyze financial statements, ledger entries, bank records, and operational data using advanced analytics tools.
Prepare clear, concise forensic reports and documentation for executive management, legal teams, and regulatory agencies.
Collaborate with legal counsel to provide litigation support and serve as a financial subject-matter expert during proceedings.
Assess internal controls and design proactive fraud-prevention frameworks and compliance monitoring processes.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) credential preferred; CPA is a plus.
5+ years of professional experience in forensic accounting, internal audit, or financial investigations.
High proficiency with accounting software, ERP platforms, and data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or specialized forensic software).
Deep understanding of financial regulatory frameworks, accounting principles, and legal procedures.
Excellent problem-solving, objective reasoning, and written communication skills.
