Job Description

  • Develop and implement the overall strategy for foreign manpower recruitment in alignment with the company's business objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of recruiters and support staff.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in regulations affecting foreign recruitment.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to international recruitment.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of the foreign recruitment process.
  • Develop and manage the budget for the Foreign Recruitment Department, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve departmental goals.

Note: Candidates who have work experience in manpower are preferred.
