Roles and responsibilities of this job

Develop and implement the overall strategy for foreign manpower recruitment in alignment with the company's business objectives.
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of recruiters and support staff.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
Conduct regular market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in regulations affecting foreign recruitment.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to international recruitment.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of the foreign recruitment process.
Develop and manage the budget for the Foreign Recruitment Department, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve departmental goals.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in international recruitment, with a focus on attracting talent from diverse geographical regions.
Strong understanding of immigration laws, work permits, and visa processes.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strategic thinker with the ability to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
Familiarity with relevant technologies and tools in the recruitment field.
Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role.
