Job Description

Plan and conduct football training sessions for students at various skill levels.
Focus on skill development, tactical understanding, and physical conditioning of players.
Select and organize teams for matches and tournaments based on player abilities and performance.
Provide leadership and guidance to players during training sessions and matches.
Develop game strategies and tactics to maximize team performance during matches.
Analyze opponent teams and adapt tactics accordingly.
Assess players' skills, strengths, and areas for improvement on a regular basis.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to players to support their development.
Foster a positive team culture and promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and discipline among players.
Organize team-building activities and events to strengthen team cohesion.
Communicate effectively with players, parents, school staff, and other stakeholders regarding team schedules, performance, and expectations.
