Job Description

  • Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within guidelines to the highest standards
  • Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
  • Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
  • Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations
  • Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
  • Perform other related duties as required
  • Preferred Bachelors degree in Hospitality
  • Must have 3 to 5 years experience in hospitality
  • Must be proficient in computer skills
  • Must be proficient in communication skills
  • Must be able to present themselves in a smart and professional demeanour
  • Preferred skills in bar or mixology
