  • Lead F&B team by attracting, training and appraising talented personnel.
  • Adhering to the food and beverage budget.
  • Managing daily food and beverage operations.
  • Maintaining positive customer relationships, processing complaints, and responding to customer needs.
  • Assisting with marketing events.
