Job Description

Employee is required to perform the following duties and undertake:

  • Plan, forecast and execute food and beverage orders
  • Process customer complaints patiently
  • Check food and beverage supplies and place orders when needed
  • Track and order shipments
  • Communicate and build strong relationships with vendors
  • Adhere to food, health and safety standards
  • Oversee and supervise the welcoming of customers 
  • Always strive towards an exceptional customer experience
  • Lead the Front of the House staff in training, restaurant standards and customer service
  • Maintain Restaurant inventory, cleanliness, food rotation and menu consistency
  • Any other duties as instructed by the management
