Job Description

  • Qualified & experienced with a minimum of 3 years working experience in Food and Beverage Department of minimum 2 star hotel.
  • Must have at least 2 years of teaching experience in bachelor level.
  • Must have with sound knowledge of theory & practical related to the subject.
  • Excellent communication skills & planning skills.
  • Applicant must be familiar with contemporary beverage techniques.
  • Identify, choose and implement different teaching methods for all students with various educational backgrounds.
  • Transfer to students’ theoretical information, practical skills, methods and techniques.
  • Comfortable and bring in innovative techniques to conduct class on virtual platform, preferably Zoom
