- Qualified & experienced with a minimum of 3 years working experience in Food and Beverage Department of minimum 2 star hotel.
- Must have at least 2 years of teaching experience in bachelor level.
- Must have with sound knowledge of theory & practical related to the subject.
- Excellent communication skills & planning skills.
- Applicant must be familiar with contemporary beverage techniques.
- Identify, choose and implement different teaching methods for all students with various educational backgrounds.
- Transfer to students’ theoretical information, practical skills, methods and techniques.
- Comfortable and bring in innovative techniques to conduct class on virtual platform, preferably Zoom
