We are looking for a talented Mid Level Flutter Developer with a strong understanding of UX principles and experience with WebSocket to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality, responsive mobile applications using Flutter, integrating real-time features, and ensuring a seamless user experience. You will work closely with our development teams to create visually appealing and intuitive mobile applications that meet our users' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain mobile applications using the Flutter framework.
Implement intuitive user interfaces and ensure a consistent user experience across different platforms (iOS and Android).
Integrate WebSocket for real-time communication and data synchronization within mobile applications.
Optimize applications for maximum performance, responsiveness, and efficiency.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Integrate RESTful APIs, WebSocket, and third-party libraries into mobile applications.
Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to refine and improve application UX.
Stay updated with the latest Flutter developments, trends, and best practices.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve application performance and user experience.
Understanding of app security best practices and experience implementing security measures.
Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, building, and deployment of mobile applications.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Flutter Developer or similar role in mobile application development.
Strong proficiency in Dart and the Flutter framework.
Solid understanding of UX design principles and best practices.
Experience working with designers to implement UI/UX designs in mobile applications.
Experience with WebSocket for real-time communication and data synchronization.
Familiarity with state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Riverpod).
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration techniques.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Understanding of mobile application development lifecycle, including app store submission processes.
Experience with animations and custom UI components in Flutter.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and how to implement them in mobile applications.
Experience with backend technologies and Firebase integration.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Experience with socket libraries (e.g., Socket.IO, Pusher, WebSocket) in mobile applications.
Portfolio of mobile applications demonstrating UX expertise, Flutter proficiency, and real-time communication features.
